The Palm is a support sleeve for ED with a modest girth, ideal for couples just starting out. Measuring in at about 5.9” in length and around 4.9” in girth, (measured at about mid-shaft). You can customize the length for a perfect fit with an Adjustable Inner Rod & you can customize the girth with a Girth Enhancer.

“The Adjustable Inner Rod" allows you to create a perfect matched sleeve. It provides the assurance when you are not fully erect to penetrate your partner completely. Simply adjust to fill in any air gap your penis length may not fill inside of the sleeve.
Adjustable Inner Rod: The insertable silicone rod can act as an erection aid to fill the air gap between the head of your penis and the end of the sleeve.
