REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We work hard to provide all customers with the best possible handmade products on the market. RX SLEEVE is the industry leader for men’s sexual wellness prosthetics. Each model is handcrafted and made to order; we proudly use 100% certified platinum skin safe silicone.

When your package arrives, you will be able to determine if it suits your needs without opening the sealed bag. You will be able to feel the weight, view the hand painted coloring, size and squeeze the material without opening the tamper proof bag.

OPENED PACKAGES ARE NON-RETURNABLE

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or tampered packages cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Any package that has been opened, cut, or altered (on the top, bottom, or sides) is considered compromised and poses a health hazard under CDC hygiene standards.
  • Packages showing any evidence of handling or contact with human hands outside the sealed bag will be deemed unsafe for return.
  • Returning an opened or tampered package without a pre-purchased sanitation warranty creates a biohazard risk to RX Sleeve employees and will result in immediate disposal without refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

ONLY SEALED PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Must be returned and mailed within 2 weeks from delivery date.
  • All shipping and warranty fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

ONLY SEALED PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED

  • A 20% restocking fee and a shipping fee based on your location will be charged in a separate invoice.
  • Must be returned and mailed within 2 weeks from delivery date.
  • If the model you are returning is priced higher than the exchange model, a credit will be applied to the credit card used.
  • If the model you are returning is priced lower than the exchange model, a separate invoice for the cost difference will be emailed to you.
  • Exchanges can only be made once.
  • Shipping your package with tracking is ideal to verify your model has been received by us.
  • Clients have 30 days to pay all exchange fees. After 30 days, unpaid exchange invoices will result in the exchange being closed and the order marked as final.

Send an email to sales@rxsleeve.com with your order number advising that you will be mailing back your order.

We recommend returns be shipped with a tracking number to verify that your order was received by us.
