How RX Sleeves Are Constructed

Every model has a solid Soft silicone glans (head). The hollow shaft is made in Firm or Soft silicone according to your selection. Soft surface layers are also applied during the realism process.
Understanding Wall Thickness

For the same model and size, wall thickness remains the same whether you choose Firm or Soft. It is determined by the difference between the inner and outer circumference. Thicker-walled models can feel more supportive, but material firmness is a separate choice.

The best inner girth size depends on your measurements and the material you choose.
**Soft silicone:** Because it stretches more, we often recommend selecting an inner girth hole slightly smaller than your measured circumference for a snug fit.
**Firm silicone:** Firm stretches less, so we generally recommend choosing an inner girth hole close to your actual circumference in the state in which you plan to use the sleeve.

No. Firm silicone is still flexible, although it provides more support than Soft silicone.
During manufacturing, we apply multiple layers of Soft silicone to the exterior as part of our realism process.
Additionally, **the glans (head) of every RX Sleeve is made from solid Soft silicone**, regardless of whether you select Firm or Soft for the shaft. -
