Our Grip™ Harness System is designed for durability and long-term performance. If your Grip system becomes worn or damaged, we offer a structured Grip Repair Service to restore functionality.
Please review the following process and terms carefully.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we require that your sleeve be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to shipment.
Required steps:
1. Wash the sleeve completely using warm water and mild soap.
2. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Sanitize by pouring isopropyl alcohol over the entire sleeve (inside and out).
4. Allow the sleeve to air dry completely before packaging.
Failure to properly sanitize the sleeve may result in service refusal and return shipment at the customer’s expense.

Once your sleeve is received, our team will perform a full inspection.
Please note:
• This service applies only to the Grip™ Harness System.
• We will not repair any additional damage to the sleeve body itself.
• If additional damage is discovered beyond the Grip system, it will not be repaired under this service.

After inspection, RX Sleeve reserves the right to determine the appropriate service action. At our discretion, we may:
1. Replace the entire sleeve,
2. Repair the existing Grip™ Harness, or
3. Replace the Grip™ Harness system.
The selected option will depend on structural integrity, wear level, and safety considerations.

If, after inspection, we determine the sleeve cannot or should not be repaired:
• The sleeve may be returned unrepaired.
• You will receive a refund of the Grip Repair service cost.
• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
