The Bay is a thicker version than the Palm. Not too long and has a maximum girth hole of 4.5". “The Adjustable Inner Rod" allows you to create a perfect matched sleeve. It provides the assurance when you are not fully erect to penetrate your partner completely. Simply adjust to fill in any air gap your penis length may not fill inside of the sleeve.
